I am currently living on Potato Crisps and sweets with the occasional sandwich and real meal thrown in. Not a healthy diet, but somehow I continue to lose weight.
I am not getting any exercise because my hip pain is crippling, and we are not supposed to leave the house unnecessarily due to the Lockdown rules.

Still going in the right direction, albeit slowly. Well, I guess it went on slowly so coming off the same way can only be a good thing.
