Have managed to continue keeping track of my food intake and excercise, feeling quite good about continued weight loss.

I hope to drop to 70kg and that doing a challenge will help me to achieve. This I have dropped 20kg since starting this journey a couple of years ago but get stuck on the last four kilos.

Keeping track of what I eat is not as hard as I thought it was going to be.
Have signed up for the 12 week challenge to find a new you. I am looking forward to this. Have told my sister about Fat Secret and hoping she may join.
