I new it was a blip!! jumped on the scales after my shower and there you go. 180 lbs. target weight achieved. YES!!!!

Not far to go now. I am just staying with the food I've been eating for 2 1/2 years with a few changes together with one Herbalife meal for breakfast. Thanks to my Buddies for staying in touch.

To many calories again!!! We had friends call round and ate party food. All very tasty M&S rubbish. I always succumb and eat more than I should. An hour later I feel awful. Rubbish food does not sit well with me. It will be a few weeks before I'm tempted again. Off to Anglesey at the weekend for a well earned week away. The garden now waters itself night and morning so no more returning from holidays with dead hanging baskets everywhere. I worked very hard setting up the system but my endeavours were well worth it. I must have soaked up some calories during the Project. Now for long walks along Lligwy Beach with the dogs. Yippee!!! Night! night! all.
