Feeling a little better about my restart.
I modified my weight goal to be where I was my most comfortable.
I think it's a more reasonable goal of losing 20 lbs from my highest.
I've lost 7lbs in the past month just trying to cut out sugar and snacks.
I'm not eating after 7 PM and trying to exercise more.
I'm happy with the progress and will weigh in next week.

so discouraged. I've let my weight balloon to the highest it has been in 6 YEARS !
feeling so badly...hoping tomorrow I can start again and just form new habits
I know my pitfalls....not planning
too much work. skipping meals (especially in the middle of the day) and then binge eating throughout the
afternoon and evening.
I WILL do better.
