Reading all y’all’s responses to my last post has just invigorated me to get off my butt and start walking again. I will also try to make good food choices today. I have on hand apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, cooked cabbage, cooked spaghetti squash, protein shakes, v8 juice, and I’ve made sugar-free jello with a few slices of FCC strawberry in some and a few blueberries in others. NO REASON to not do well with all those healthy options in the house. (I’ve been resisting the Keebler Fudge Duo cookies I got for my husband, and the shortcake I got my grand daughter for the strawberries.). I’ll try to do better about posting. OH, started taking MiraLAX day before yesterday, and so far it had been working well, PTL!

Did well last week. Averaged under 1,800 calories a day. Didn’t lose any weight. Only walked a total of 17.6 miles though. If I was getting in 6 miles a day, it would be 42. To be fair, though, three of those days, I had what I think is a migraine. I go to my doctor today and will find out for sure. Monday night, I did the DUMB thing of making Tapioca Pudding, thinking I could just eat ONE a day (193 calories) and work it into my food plan. WRONG! I ate the first 3 of them yesterday, and just ate the 4th one this morning before 4:30am! When will I ever learn!

Finally got cleaned out yesterday. After two cups of Smooth Move Tea didn’t work in 24 hours, I finally used a Dulcolax Suppository on the 5th day without a BM. Feel much better now. Weight only went down a tad, but I’m doing all the right things, so I know it won’t be long until I start to see some major progress! Feeling very optimistic about my future.

Weight finally budged a little in the downward direction this morning, even though no BM in past 4 days. Only 2/10ths of a pound, but it’s something! Just drank some Smooth Move Tea, so I will have a movement today. 2M0 should be a good weight. Was going to donate plasma today, but decided to take a day off from running around. Ooops, forgot I have to go to the store for some Wonder bread for my Meatloaf Sandwich today. Going to indulge in 1-1/2 to 2 Tbsp of Duke’s mayo on it! YUMM! And I’m even going to have a serving of Classic Lays Potato Chips. If I stick to the rest of my plan for the rest of the day, my daily average for this week will still be under 1,800 calories a day. Got in over 4 miles of walking yesterday. Haven’t done any yet today. Thinking about going back to bed for another hour.

Weight is kinda stalled, but I haven’t had a BM in the past 3 days. Hopefully, when I do, I’ll see some weight drop. Made a delicious meatloaf today. Trying out the recipe to see if it would be good enough for Mother’s Day. It IS, thankfully. Saw online to place the meatloaf on slices of bread before cooking. Absorbed all the grease, and made cleanup a breeze. Six slices of bread for perfectly in my 13x9x2” baking pan.
