My food choices have been good this past week except for an afterwork binge on roast beef and a small shake from Arby's. Exercise limited due to restrictions from fx clavicle. Have couple rides on stationary trainer this week....think I am up for walking this week....

Well did not get a good night's sleep and so not a good start to my day. Going to stop with the espresso, this is as awake as I will be today. Time to drimk smoothie and get some one-armed house work done so can go outside. It looks so pretty out there and I will porchride....intervals this afternoon, sure I will feel better about myself then.

I have weighed > 160 for nearly two years. I am not sure how it happened or why I can't drop the weight. I go to gym 3 -5 days each week, bike 3-4 days each week...and eat healthy. Lost thyroid to cancer last year and like you i am aging.
