OK lets attempt this again. I had a massive computer glitch.
I have 16lbs to go! Today I had to go dress shopping for a wedding, but I wore a dress in order to try on dresses because the dress that I had was easy to slip on and off.
Yesterday I won a position at a high-profile company. I'm very happy, but to celebrate I did get a frappucino at Starbucks. It's hard not to think of how it's 50 carbs without even being sweetened, but hey, I guess you got to live! Lets hope my weight doesn't jump up too high within the next couple days because of it. In the meantime, here's a comparison shot of me at -42lbs.

Stressed out and not sleeping. Usually makes me want to eat less. All I've been eating is salads lately, not that it's surprising.
Yesterday's MASSIVE salad was greek. Cherry tomatos, kalamata olives, green pepper, feta cheese, red onion, spinach, romaine... greek thick dressing. A whopping 10.6 carbs. But Satisfying when I'm an anxious wreck? Yep.
Today is salad too. It's about 5 carbs, romaine, spinach, feta, chicken, bacon, raw mushroom, green olives and of course thick carsar... also satisfying at work. Guess what I'm not having tonight after 5 days straight of salads?
If you guessed Salad? You're right :) !!!

Anyone else find you need a big coffee in the morning?
Today is Friday thankfully. Yesterday I had a big blunder, forgot my lunch and then came home to binge eat within my limits. Typically I don't do this, but the diet limits were followed and I managed to drop some weight anyway. I try not to do this, seriously.
Today I go dress shopping for my boyfriend's brother's wedding. I'm not in the party thankfully. But this does bring up the talk of how much physical inches I've lost. I've gone from a 1x to an M (10-12 dress size) but how significant is my now 40lbs weight loss actually been? In the end it's not the number that goes down that matters but the actual fat loss.
Bust Measurement at 198lbs: 43"
Bust Measurement at 158lbs: 38.5"
Total loss: 4.5
Waist Measurement at 198lbs: 39"
Waist Measurement at 158lbs: 33.5"
Total loss: 5.5
Hips Measurement at 198lbs: 46"
Hips Measurement at 158lbs: 41.5"
Total loss: 4.5
Thighs: didn't measure, but my method of measuring success is that my thighs no longer rub together and give me "chubrub" rash
Arms: wrists, fingers and upper arms look thinner. Fitbit fits a notch thinner on my wrist and I went down 4 ring sizes. I can wear my highschool rings again.
I still have 18lbs to go, but 40 so far gone I'm at 68% to my weight goal
