I had no idea that tinned fruit was so low in cals (I thought they were all tinned with syrup lol) but you can eat a whole can for like 160cals! For lunch I logged the whole can of it (just to be on the safe side, but I def couldn't finish it lol) and with a pot of jelly was like 230cals!😋😋

I was shocked! Obvs not good all the time but nice for a low cal pudding! I did have about half a tin (maybe too much lol) but logged the whole tin as I didn't weigh it out or anything so I wanna be on the safe side lol
