one of my favorite snacks! this post was originally just to share my favorite snack but then i see the calories have gone up 110 per serving with no change to product or serving size??? what the heck!?

I use Prana and it says 90 calories for 1/4 cup. I can see that they look the same.

This says 260 calories for 1.50 ounces :/

2 ounces is 1/4 cup. Quite the difference! Online is says 283 calories for one cup of shredded coconut. (that seems quite low) A whole medium coconut is 1405 calories. This is why it is so difficult to count calories accurately.
