Does anyone know how many cals are in a sausage bap at Asda? It has a roll and 3 sausages. I really fancy one but I can't find the cals anywhere😩😩

Sometimes you have to go with approximations - select three Asda sausages, a reasonable sized bread roll, some spread and sauce if you have it. Alternatively, "if you can't log it, you can't eat it" sounds like a great way to stick to plans. All the best!
