Feeling a bit bloated - battling with constipation - any ideas what I can use on a HPLC diet??? I am weighing in on Wednesday dont want this to interfere with my weigh in.

Try to get Bitter Crystals, it works wonders also get Activated Charcoal (the tabs not the capsules) for the bloating (its so safe I used it during my pregnancies), I would take 4 in the morning and 4 at night until the bloating is gone. Its all natural and will make you feel better.
