I am very despondent this morning as I've shown a gain of three quarters of a lb I'm now hitting 11 stone which has really upset me so I'm going to cut out the crisps and the Magnum and I also had a banana this week so much for eating extra hope to be down next week keep my fingers crossed as I definitely am not going to put anymore weight on if I can help it

Crisps and ice cream will do it every time! Twiglets and frozen yoghurt are good substitutes but best to steer clear totally for a while. Don't fret, it'll come off.
