Hmn, didn't do too well this week I dont think. Although I did drop one pound due to some of my situations at work and other things I have not been able to count my points properly. What bugs me is that I havent yet adjusted to the new point drop. I'm at 22 WWP now a day. Must stick to my diet strictly. I think maybe I just might have to meal plan to stay on track.
On the bright side I didn't gain any weight. Bonus is that I found freezies worth 1 point. 45 calories, 0 fat, 0 fibre. It does have a lot of sugar though so I should probably limit my intake...
Well, tomorrow is the start of a new weight watchers week for me. Time to crack the whip. It's natural to stumble, but it's my responsibility to pick myself up and continue on the good road to a healthier me
