You'll be fine, just get back to it one day at a time, and don't beat yeself up if your results are worse than you hope, you have already done pretty well turning it around before and you are on Avg for 1lb a week, don't sound lots but that 3st 7lb in a year if you only ever hit 1lb a week, that's quite a lot I reckon...

Yep keep telling people, don't matter what you eat to a large extent, could be healthier I agree, but right now losing weight is the issue, and as long as you eat under the number of cals laid out by your RDI, I know it's a crude calculation really, but it's a good start point, and if you average no more than about 90-95% you will do ok and most folks will see at least a 1lb avg loss and if you slow down, drop it by 100cals per day, for a week and repeat until you start moving again, never fails, you just have to find your own threshold and you also need to re-adjust your RDI (I do this every half stone or so) something like once every 60 days or every 8lb or something similar...just make sure you check in on it from time to time to make sure your RDI is going down with your weight...The other thing you need is a little patience, being in a rush to lose a chunk of weight is just adding to potential disaster IMHO because you are putting undue pressure on yourself, just give the body a gentle nudge from time to time and let your system adjust itself comfortably...
