well that's me down a size in uniform if I can get to a medium I will be happy for now anyway. feeling allot better now that I have lost a bit of weight. work mates still being arses excuse the language the reason I'm loosing is I am sticking to it not eating a healthy meal and then eating cakes and sweets. just coz they aren't getting results. don't try and put me down which I told a few didn't go down well that lol. hope everyone has a good week xx
