It is official! Every oz I lose now is the lowest weight I have ever gotten to with weight loss! Last time I was trying to lose weight, I made it to 172 lb before going off the bandwagon (To be fair, I was going through medical stuff). My original weight was 198 lbs and I promised myself I would never go above 200 lb. I hovered 183-185 lbs for a while.
