Woke at 203.0, down .4 from yesterday. Not bad after a wonderful late dinner! Pushed a lot of water all night so I was sleeping in two hour shifts again. But I like the resulting weight in the morning! Targeting 1573 calories today. UPDATE: Denise went home to work a few days and my son Jason arrived this afternoon. He went down to the hotel complimentary light dinner and came back laden with some good looking cold cuts. Of course, I slammed them all between two pieces of my freshly made microwave almond flour bread. Very low carb day but I hit 2042 calories on a 1573 goal! Not a lot of bulk, however. Let’s put Dr. Jason Fung to the test: what will my before bed and waking weight numbers be? Busy all day and no significant walking done. Loving the night time body fat numbers (which are lower and probably more accurate than waking due to morning dehydration).
