Writing my journal today because I may not have too much time tomorrow. We're setting off back to Spain on Thursday, all being well, which is a bit earlier than originally planned, and I still have a lot of stuff to do before we go. So I will apologise in advance for my absence on here. It will take us about five days to drive down, and we never quite now if our phone and internet so be working properly when we get back - routers blow, line may be not working....
Weight is still going up and down, as it has since March. I still would like to lose some more, and I still want to lose it before Christmas. I think if I don't lose it before Christmas, I will stick where I am, and deem it 'too difficult'. After all, if it's that hard to lose it, then I don't suppose I could maintain it either. It's all about being able to have a nice social life, being able to enjoy food on social occasions, and not have people thinking I'm some kind of 'diet freak' *chuckling*! This may sound absurd to some, but I guess that's me. I'm all about compromise 😉
In any case, I am very happy being the weight I now am. It just would be nice to lose a bit more if I can, without it impacting other areas of my life.
I'll record weight tomorrow. It's probably going to be slightly up again, but hey ho, I know I can get it down again. I guess one way of looking at it is that I have been successfully maintaining since March! So that is a big positive, really. I wouldn't want to put the weight back on again! 😁
