Bounce, bounce, bounce... It's all good, because I LOOK so different! I bought some new 'goal pants' today, and, Ooops! I already fit into the size 12! The last time I was a 12 was circa 1992. I've been researching gut health and keeping the biome healthy. Interesting repercussions from both ends of the spectrum. It's mindblowing that we have 10 times the number of bacterial cells than the number of human cells in our bodies. We are a community, not a body. Today was a semi-fast day. Not really hungry, but feeling a little disconnected, so when I got home from work, I had a cup of Knorr chicken broth with some butter in it. Nice grounding effect. And pretty damn tasty! Life is good, and I love life. 'Nuff said.
