Recording journal entries for both 5/29 and 5/30. I was on the road on 5/29 and did not log a journal entry. Had a huge day of eating (more calories in than out) that included four sandwiches. That's about as much bread as I usually eat in a month these days. Also had some sweets. Knocked my monthly goals out of whack as I don't have any time to make it up! On 5/30, drove back from Ohio. Ate about 2500 calories, including a hotel breakfast and some snacks while traveling. Tuesday 5/31 will be a fast day.
