Delighted lost 1lb at class so that's now 1 stone and half a pound! Chuffed. Got my stone award! Having a treat tonight and back to it tomorrow!

Great stuff. Next time you are in the supermarket have a look at 14 lb of lard! It's a lot!!

Yup, well done Emsbod! I think more in terms of packs of butter, but butter or lard, 28 packs is a big whack. Keep on truckin' :D

Thankyou totally delighted. Also got told a stone is approximately equivalent to three large bottles of Coke! The 2litre ones! That is a lot! Still got 2 stone 3lbs to go but I'm getting there! 32% of the way done! That's nearly a third! Makes it seem so much more obtainable! :D
