Weight doing my head in now.

I spend all week watching what I eat, I weigh myself every day and after 5 days I'm only down 1lbs.

I have a moment of weakness on Saturday after a night shift and have some alcohol and a curry and put on bloody 3 lbs.

Starting to get fed up now, I was much happier when I didn't know about calories and health eating :(

Log EVERYTHING you eat. Not just some of it. It is the only way. If you are selective in what you log you will leave out all the high value items. Either log everything or log nothing, otherwise you are only kidding yourself.
