Woke at 220.2, down .8 from yesterday. Working at home in the morning today and then off to Annapolis for a doctor's appointment. Hope to get there and back before the big snow storm arrives! Targeting 1950 calories today. UPDATE: Back home safe and sound at 3:22 pm. Ate at our favorite diner, the Double T in Annapolis. Jason then drove back and guided us through increasingly slippery roads. Back to work and then maybe a workout later. UPDATE 2: Didn't get in a workout, but got some nap time after a grueling week. Of course, I was back up later and could not sleep. Will weigh in tomorrow.
