Size 18 vs Size 14

Somewhat disappointed I don't see that much of a difference, maybe it's the angles.

It is a huge difference. Take a meer male's word for it. You should be real proud of your achievement.

So much of this weight loss gig is about our heads not our bodies. If my brain worm says "you look fat in that" it messes my confidence completely, it may be just my own insecurities saying it but it will ruin my day and make me think what's the point? Then my significant other will say something along the lines of "you look good, would I let you wear it if you didn't?" (This happened last night with a t-shirt, I looked in the mirror in the hall and thought it made me look lumpy) It seems to me that women's clothing sizes are this random finger in the air nightmare anyway, designed to make anyone larger than a size six feel inferior to the stick thin models they think you should be. Every manufacturer interprets the sizes differently and it also varies between garment designs from the same companies. It's madness and blokes S/M/L sizes are just as bad. It's difficult but try to Ignore the size label. That number will just eat your brain. Put on the clothes and take a selfie. You will either look good or it's not the fit or design for your shape. It's not about sizes, they are arbitrary, it's about how it makes you feel when you wear it that counts. Keep up the great work. B
