Had a cheat day Saturday and ordered pizza. Bit scared of the scale's judgement, but gotta keep going! Once the water weight should be off I'll have to weigh myself again.

The rigorous diet you are following I don't think one pizza will make a lot of difference. A wee treat now again is necessary or life wouldn't be worth the bother!
