Not been doing as well as I'd have liked recently. Being rushed to hospital and diagnosed with Arrhythemia kinda threw me off a lot. I would go exercise some more today, but it's so cold and I'm not feeling up to it.
Need to get back on track.

Hello
You have done amazing well, sorry to hear about your health problem. I do a lot of swimming and aqua classes as well as one keep fit class a week.
I am a carer and i get stressed a lot.

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Has the doctor made any recommendations regarding exercise? I am not surprised it has knocked you off a bit. I am still trying to get over gaining weight last weigh in!!
