Good evening all
I just feel low on energy any advice
Am taking iron vitamin C Zinc vitamin D fish oil multi vitamin and Q10 feeling weak any advice welcome 💖💖💖

are you giving your body enough fuel to keep you going, you are doing great on the fasting, but you need enough food in your eating windows to allow your body to function xx

Be sure to get in enough protein and at least 1200 calories. Maybe try some Airborne or Emergen-C Immune.
