I'm feeling a bit better today...had a bit of a melt down pre-work and on the way, but managed to pull myself together by the time I got to work, so that was good.
I'm participating in a food training study - http://foodtraining.exeter.ac.uk/index2.php and just did day three. It is analysing if we can train our minds to say no to junk food. I didn't think anything of it, but last night my hubby asked if I wanted some crisps and before I could even think about it I immediately said "No" - it was really weird as normally I would ponder and think maybe, could I, would it matter, can I cut back tomorrow, if I don't record it would it count (ha ha)....but just a straight up "No". So maybe there is something it in....will have to see.
