On Tuesday I decided after finishing my easter egg that I won't eat any more treats, puddings, cakes, chocolate crisps etc. Yesterday after a tough day at work I cracked and had a buscuit and angel delight. This morning I got up ready to carry on my resolve and forget yesterday. Now two lots of cake have appeared at work. must keep my resolve and remind myself it won't taste as good as I think it will. :-s

If you are struggling, tell yourself to eat a healthy snack instead, if that doesn't appeal, you are not hungry. Go and have a nice cup of fruit tea instead . You won't have to hold out much longer!

I'm afraid I'm a lurker, to busy to spend much time on here. I'm still trying to slim and tone up.

Some people say if you smell it, you remember what it tastes like and then you don't have to eat it. That hasn't worked for me yet but it's worth a shot!
