I am now 0.4 lb away from my next goal. Hope I achieve it soon and I don't gain again. I am going away tomorrow to the Isle of Man with work for 3 days so after tomorrow morning I can't weigh myself till Friday morning. Don't know how I will do trying to stick to my diet while I am away as I won't be able to plan all my food in advance. I guess I will just have to try to eat healthy and see how it pans out. I do want to try Manx kippers while I'm there. :-)

I brought all my healthy snacks and protein powder when I traveled for work - even lost weight while gone!

I'm just not sure what I can fly with so I thought it best to take nothing. I've been thinking about getting protein powder. Which do you use?
