I have shown a gain since last weighing but as from today I am back on my diet I must remember I have lost 3st 7lb. and kept it steady but I am aiming for 10st.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 20.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
