Not really bothered by the minor blip. I think my body is adjusting to new eating plan and my osteoarthritis was horrendous this week. Knees hurt so bad that my sleep isn’t as great as it could be. Oh, and there was a splurge before I started logging here. Pizza and cocktails 😊 c’est la vie. Life and food are to be enjoyed. I regret nothing
