I'm pretty pleased with myself - today I passed a milestone, literally. I walked 1.04 miles, the first time I've managed that distance, without the use of my stick for the first half mile. So happy. Alright, my ankle has been completely locked since but I'm sure it will get over it. Cheviots here I come!
