Yes, I had a bbq one time and we had a pig arrive on a big platter. I do like the meal of crunchy pork skin and roasted pork no matter what it looks like!

I don't know - I just don't know? Well it does appear to be well done - so that is a plus....I believe that I like my pork better in smaller chunks - it is a bit disquieting.

These guys cut it up and shredded it before serving. It was amazing. Weird to see the food in its original state.
