I’ve had roasted sprouts but still found them really bitter. I’m also feeling very bitter this morning. Weight unchanged😥

Suma I don’t like them but force myself to have them that goes for broccoli too 🤢 I prefer salads with my meal onions pickles olives think it’s my middle eastern roots grew up on cabbage sprouts etc but still don’t like them … not even steak all that much … bland for me like spice flavour don’t worry to much about your weight mine is up & down so it happens I’ve come to accept it ( am still overweight for my height ) so I will be watching my weight forever it’s part of me like it in away …. Because it makes me who I am whatever challenges we face shape us … and I’ve come to like me 😂😂
