I haven't been watching my diet at all and I have been lifting more weights than usual and doing less cardio. This gives me an aesthetic I don't like. I prefer to look sleek and toned (think swimmer) but at the moment I just look big and strong (think shot putter) But, I feel that until January there isn't much I can do about it. I am picking up the cardio in the meantime and cutting back on the weights!
