Woke at 225.5, up 1.4 from yesterday. Did not eat too badly, but did add two low carb wraps at dinner. Eating veggies today. UPDATE: Weighed 225.7 after 16:8. Ate some broccoli and celery at lunch. Not sure about dinner yet. UPDATE 2: Afternoon whoosh got me to 224.4 by dinnertime. I ate some brussels sprouts and tuna, and added some riced cauliflower later.
