Woke at 223.4, up 1.2 to pay for my late night birthday ice cream and red wine. No problem! I got to 223.2 by noon. Will eat a little something but save most of my calories for Luciana's steakhouse tonight! Rainy here so not much playing outside in the sun today. UPDATE: Weighed 224.0 at 4:30 so the big salad is staying with me! Steak heaven in about two hours!
