I had a good feeling this morning about losing some water weight today and I'm super happy to report that I DID! Hit a new all-time low (well, since I was about 20 and in the Navy, that is). Got a nice 202.6 weigh in after a light eating day followed by an 825 (?) calorie treadmill workout! Also dropped to a better visceral fat rating and got my body fat into the 20 pound zone.
I put a question mark after my treadmill workout calorie burn because I wore my new FitBit today. My treadmill said for one hour and 19 seconds at a mostly 4mph pace, I burned 825 calories. My FitBit (which I recorded before and after) said that I burned 562 calories in the same time. But it was right on in time (59 minutes) and mileage (4.19 miles). HOWEVER... My treadmill is set at a 10 percent incline... is the FitBit tracking what I would have burned on a level grade?
Tomorrow, I will find out after my 16:8 fast. I will set the treadmill to level, do about 30 minutes on it (tomorrow is primarily weight lifting), and then I will compare the two. For tonight, I'm going to enjoy eating those 263 extra calories in celebration!
