Woke at 226.0, down 1.1 from yesterday. Went out for a 2.5-mile walk in the late morning. Came back at 224.2. Happy Sunday! UPDATE: Got some hydration (and lunch) in me and was back to 226.2 by 5:30. Ribs and fish for dinner were delicious, but I always put on a few pounds of water after eating at Lefty's BBQ, so I'll expect that in the morning. I'll be eating low calories this week to get on track after two huge eating days to kick off the month.
