Had a massive binge yesterday...
But today is a new day I guess ^-^ People on the internet are so supportive and they have motivated me to stop binging today. They have taught me it's okay to binge because it's just part of me but sometimes I have to control myself. I did not binge so far today but had a massively filling breakfast full of healthiness. I hope that's better than eating tonnes of junk food.
