Woke and did pushups, 100 weighted squats, and an hour on the exercise bike while reading/listening to an instruction manual my team wrote. A fun way to get the work in. Weighed 224.6, which made me happy after a bottle of red wine, beef stew, and three pieces of homemade bread with butter last night. Will fast throughout the day and maybe even overnight as I did 2400 plus calories yesterday on a 1640 per day goal. UPDATE: Broke the fast at 5 pm with some beef stew. Got to 224.5 before that.
