Good morning! Woke at 226.9, up 1.3 from yesterday after a 2800 calorie day (of which 1200 calories were red wine). Going to fast until dinner and will limit calories to about 400-500 today. UPDATE: Fasted throughout the day. Got to 225.3 by 5 pm. Going to eat some chicken fajita and peppers tonight.
