Happy Veteran's Day to all my fellow vets and the families who supported them. It's also our wedding anniversary. Woke at 230.0, down 1.3 from yesterday as the calorie reset continues to bear fruit. Went out and got Starbucks coffee for Denise and me. She has to work today, but I don't. So, we will have a chill day at home. Rainy out, so we will hunker down and maybe have something special delivered for dinner. Enjoy your Wednesday! UPDATE: Weighed 231.1 before dinner, which will be a huge BBQ feast!
