Woke and did 22 minutes of HIIT spinning. Hit 179 BPM toward the end. Weighed in at 231.3, down 3.0 from yesterday. Fasting until noon and then protein drinks only until a light dinner. That should put me back on my calorie goal for the month. UPDATE: Got to 230.5 by dinner time. Had an online happy hour with a few drinks and then ate a bag of BBQ pork rinds. Should be about the same in the morning, although I expect water retention from the sodium.
