Woke at 229.1, up 1.6 from yesterday after a late dinner of a take out burger, plus a bottle of red wine and a bag of pork rinds. Doubled the calorie target yesterday but the protein to energy ratio was OK. UPDATE: Fasted until 2pm and had a large lunch. Weighed in at 6 pm and was at 231.6! Definitely holding on to every drop of liquid I drink!
