Woke at 231.9, down 4.2 from yesterday and my lowest weigh-in since August 22. I think I will do this 36-hour fast every Wednesday. Started with pushups and dumbbell lifts, then 30 minutes of HIIT spinning. Protein coffee for breakfast. And my daughter Emily surprised us by arriving from Chicago last night! She drove all day yesterday and will spend about 10 days with us. UPDATE: Got to 232.8 before dinner. Ate some cottage cheese, but later added a hot dog from a Sonic takeout my kids did. Will try to stick mostly to protein tomorrow.
