Weber River's Journal, 06 Oct 13

I'm a chronic meal-skipper (eating just one meal a day, usually). A bad habit left over from childhood. My body has adapted to these "food shortages," and I've actually been slowly putting on pounds over the past couple of years. Now I am aiming to eat healthier and with more frequency.

I also struggle with various anxiety issues and as a result don't leave the house as often as I should. So here is my motivation to take more walks -- which is something that I love so very dearly, when I'm able to actually sum up the will to do it.
