Switching up exercising this week. Still walking but adding elliptical slow for 30 minutes (+2 minutes warm up/cool down). Need to change up my exercises because my muscles are getting to used to long walks.
Couple of for the records: I am 180 lbs in the morning, waiting until I am 180 lbs midday before I change the weight on fatsecret. Also, 32 minutes on the elliptical according to my machine is 305 calories lol not 276 calories (fatsecret) :) Just adding that for motivation :)
