Just got back from a 35 minute walk with my dog Hiro. (1/4 per week) It is a lovely day out with a nice cook breeze for a change. Back is a bit stiff (first official day back to exercise). After we have breakfast with my husband's grandfather and cousin (every Wednesday) we are going to the city. This means lots of walking. I am going to consider this my elliptical day. Tomorrow I will restart my floor workouts minus the back workout.
